Hi all!
I just joined but have been a regular reader for a while. Lots of great people and help here! For several years, I relied on the experiences of others across the web to improve my situation and challenges, in addition to what my doctors and therapists say. The pros don't always know the best ways though. That's why communities like this one are so needed.
Anyway, now that I'm finally a member it will be great to take part in discussions.
