I found this site that has FREE downloads that can help ANYONE by teaching them relaxation techniques. there are downloads that target SPECIFIC things like SPD but that's just part of what you can get. even parents here with kids with SPD can get something out of this site if you want to. there's all sorts of things that help on this site.

keep in mind that while there are free downloads for SPD specific relaxation techniques MOST of these are for general purpose relaxation and could EASILY be used by anyone including ordinary parents of SPD children or even their friends
