I feel like I have stumbled on a family secret that no one told me. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. It's all so familiar and a relief, but now what do I do? I'm 60 years old and I have lived with this all my life.
Welcome. Fortunately, there is no real time limit on when you can receive help through sensory therapy with an occupational therapist. People have been helped well into their 70s and even 80s.
