I am new to this forum, and was curious as to if anyone out there has problems in the morning from sensory overload? I feel dizzy, disoriented, and angry in the mornings. Any suggestions as to a better morning?
I feel the same way. It takes me about 2 hours to get myself situated in the morning. I established a household rule to not touch me or get unreasonably close in the mornings while I'm getting ready. I find that a hot shower can help me to get grounded, as well as earbuds playing music from the time I get dressed to the time I get to where I need to be during the day. Meditation was also pretty helpful back when I was in highschool waiting for the bus. Just 5-10 minutes of meditation makes a world of difference on particularly bad days.
