SPD Support Forum

I am a nursing student in an OB clinical. I have a patient who is a new mom (as in less than two days.) I am searching for info on mothers who have SPD, and how it affects birth and pregnancy. I can't find anything. Can anyone help shed some light on this situation for me?? The sooner the better would be great, as I have to complete an assignment on this.
