I won't make this very long b/c I'm suffering right now.
I'm bipolar and suffer frequent "mixed episodes". During these episodes one of my most awful symptoms is super-bad-hypersensitivity. Movement of fabric (or anything, my hand touching my other hand. Etc) is UNBEARABLE. Well, I've borne it for 30 years, but you know what I mean. I use benzodiazepines to help, but they don't help all the way.
I've bought many clothing items that have helped to a degree, but I think what I really need is a tight, thick hooded full-coverage wetsuit: the kind surfers and scuba divers use.
Does anyone have experience purchasing such a suit for SPD?
Do you have any tips or suggestions?
I'm desperate.
