I downloaded it and I'm halfway through the second chapter. Is an ok book, especially being free, but so far it's not been that helpful for me. It's very basic and focussed on children. So if you're just starting to learn about SPD, especially if you're a parent of a child with suspected SPD, then it might be helpful. But if you're an adult like me who's not new to SPD, then it's not as helpful. Whatever your situation, if you're looking for a book to purchase, I think there are better ones out there.

There's some things in it that I don't agree with in the book. For example, it says that people with SPD aren't able to enjoy things through their senses. I personally disagree with this. I have SPD and enjoy things through my senses, even my senses that are significantly impacted. I might experience the world differently, and yes many things are hard and painful, but that in no way means I can't or don't enjoy things through my senses. I experience the world through the lens of SPD and the sensations I enjoy would be different, and maybe even less enjoyable, without it.
