Hi. My name is Brie, I'm 32 years old and I was diagnosed with SPD a year and a half ago.
Although I've had symptoms of SPD since birth, I really started struggling in high school and eventually had to drop out. Since then I've had a hard time socializing with people, and I'm hoping this forum will give me a chance to connect with people who understand what I'm going through.
I'd love to talk to other adults with SPD but I would also love to be able to give support or advice to parents or anyone else with an SPDer in their lives!
