Hi my names Megan. My son is 6 years old and we have not received a formal diagnosis of SPD but his pediatrician thinks that he will likely have that diagnosis. I have been trying to get him help, or at least someone to believe that he has an issue that needs to be addressed since he was 3. My son has always had issues with sounds and this year has started to display more issues related to textures. We were recently referred to KKI for OT which I am desperately hoping helps to some degree. My son is big for his age and has terrible temper tantrums that are becoming very hard to control. If anyone has any ideas as to what I can do please let me know.
