I stopped listening to music, because sound can hurt and silence - if available is too wonderful to waste. I still listened to the air filter, and to a pink noise generator. But these things haven't reversed my hyperacusis. I think I should listen to music again. Because part of my problem is that sound hurts, and part is that sound feels like a burden. If I keep the volume down, music shouldn't be a burden.

Does anyone have tips to avoid trouble here?
