Hello. I have a 7 year old with SPD and its definitly been an experience. He is so different from my other two children although I think some of his personality (mostly good!) has rubbed off on them. I am conducting a research study for graduate school. I was inspired to become an occupational therapist after the major strides my son made in OT. Hi and welcome! I have a 7 year old too!

Hi I am new here too and have a 5 yr old who is recently diagnosed. It's a bit of a roller coaster ride with one of these kids, nothing like my other 4.

I feel I want to explain to people who haven't a clue about him and think he is naughty. He isn't, he is mischievous though and has a brill sense of humour.

I am looking for as much info as possible, being someone who has never been there.
