I have been reading up on some articles by Dr Bate, a couple of things seemed worth trying

- it has been found lots of people with any kind of depression, anxiety to full on mental health issues all have a magnesium deficiency. I have been giving my 6 year old magnesium supplements but hes not too keen on taking them as they arent capsules or enteric coated. So am going to switch to epsom salts in the bath I think. Too early yet to tell if its had an effect.

- lots of disorders can be traced back to mercury levels in the system or other toxins - these can be eliminated with high strength vitamin C. Have been giving my boy vit c capsules for 2 weeks now, hes had a pretty good few days towards the end of this week.


has anyone else found any other supplements that seem to work other than the multivitamin daily and the Omega oils?
