Hi! this is Dorothy, sister of James

Essentially, I am needing some counsel from you women who have had implants after having babies. I was happy with it before my kids but not now. I have recently observed that I do not look at myself in the mirror and just turn around while getting dressed and that is why I am not able to see a glimpse of myself. To add to the show I'm recently single and my confidence is at an all-time low!!!

So I'm at a phase where I feel like nothing more will be tolerated and I need to be somewhat narrow-minded and accomplish something for me. So I am planning for a breast augmentation surgery from Toronto.

could any of you give me a few hints on where to go and if there would be anything that you can say and you wish you would have done any other way or inquiries you would have posed? Is there anything they don't disclose to you that may be important and, obviously, is it as astounding as we as a whole see it to be?

Much obliged to you
If you do get them, go small, you can always go more. I haven't had them, but I have had surgeries which... Whish I could have gone small on them. lol So do you, and take healing slow, ok?
