I was diagnosed as an adult several years ago but couldn't afford therapy at the time. I don't think there's anyone in my area who does this type of occupational therapy for adults. So I did internet research and I'm trying to make a sensory diet for myself.

I'm here because I don't always know the reasons I'm struggling and none of the people in my life have any idea what might help or even what probably won't make everything worse.
