SPD Support Forum

Hi,
I was diagnosed with SPD two years ago and almost 19, I play/rub my feet lots is that something anyone else does ?, It may sound weird but I like the way my feet feel... is this sensory related or no ?

I absolutely love this and am fortunate that my fiance is willing to "play with my feet" on a daily basis

My son does the same thing and has since he could get to his feet, and he's going on 8.
