Has anyone on this forum tried the diet at feingold.org?
We've been doing it for 13 days, and we have seen some behavioral improvement in our daughter. It's not for the faint of heart, though. It's a lot of work, but now that I'm getting more accustomed to it, it's bearable. I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced it and what your results were.

We've used it many years. It can be daunting at first but it is quite easy once you get used to it. The important thing is to do it right and the only way is through membership in the support organization www.feingold.org

There is a Yahoo group people can check out. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Fei...rogram4us/ but it doesn't replace membership in the Feingold Association.
