Hi! I'm Elisabeth. I am undiagnosed, but very likely have SPD. My parents were never introduced to the concept when I was young. I also have a 3 year old who was diagnosed last summer. We're on an adventure to learn new tools to help us both.
I love taking pictures and horseback riding. I especially love doing both at the same time.
I'm studying education and will soon be graduating and ready to begin teaching. My goal would be to work in a special needs preschool classroom.
My 3 year old is a bundle of endless energy. He loves animals, trucks and trains. He spends every moment he can outside. We cleared out the basement and created a large space for lots of big play so we can avoid the constant "naughtiness" that comes with being cooped up.
I'm just here to find some community and ask questions as they arise.
