My daughter is 8 has anxiety and spd. Yesterday I found a note she wrote. It just said I hate myself. She has written notes before that just said "help me" that was before she started ot. I just don't know what to do and it broke my heart. Wondering if we need to seek other help. I try so hard to help her I am overwhelmed and now this.... I am scared for my baby girl

Awe that sad. I would def. seek some help. Let her therapist know too what is going on.

We talked to her over dinner and she said she was just really upset that day about a meltdown and doesn't hate herself. I don't know. She has ot tomorrow

She needs your support, no doubt about it. Relaxation is the key and doing things she love but if you can't help here, there are people who can help you address the situation.
