So, I have hyposensitive propioception, and have been working on this.
How I've been tracking my propioception is closing my eyes, shaking my arms, and then trying to touch my nose.
For the first time ever I'm able to do that today. I tried 3 times and got 3/3. When every previous time I've tried I had major difficulties and was completely unable to do this task.
I can touch my nose!
In day to day usage you I'd say its somewhat better, but I'm clearly still hyposensitive, but the fact that I've made improvements to the point where I can do that is huge.
