I'm reasonable at badminton now that my hand eye co-ordination has improved since I was young. I have quite a long reach and fairly quick reactions so that I can reach most shots. The only problem is that my arm can't always accelerate fast enough to get it to the place I want it to be if they've hit a smash.
The only sport I'm actually good at though is orienteering, which is a cross between cross country running and map reading - look it up if you don't know what it is. I've won the county championship for my age class a number of times, and even won the B class for my age group at the nationals once (admittedly all the really good people run in the A class, but I'll ignore that ).
When it comes to watching sports (you can't watch mine on the TV) I'll watch most things: football, rugby, tennis, athletics and whatever else may be on except horse racing. I'm not an Olympics nutter, but I do spend a long time watching it when it's on.
