Mask Requirement - Waxwing - 08-30-2021

At my work, we are required to wear face masks due to the current COVID situation. Face shields are not allowed, only face masks. I really struggle with having to wear a face mask. I am currently seeing an occupational therapist to help me with this, but we have had only one session so far. Any ideas on how to get through the extreme anxiety of having to wear a face mask? I hope to not lose my job over this.
