Howdy!

I'm brand new here and just found out about SPD. Holy crap.

All my life I have suffered with anxiety and depression and a lot of "quirks". I had no idea what was really going on. Oddly enough I feel kind of relieved to know that this is a "thing".

My therapist brought this up and I started reading about SPD and it was like a light went on. Although a full-spectrum light, because I cannot stand other lighting, especially if it's day time LOL. (Anybody else hate this too?)

I'm interested in other people's experiences and advice!
