Regulating my sleep schedule, make it easier for me to sleep at night, making it easier for me to wake up in the morning, generally being more regulated in terms of a sleep schedule in general.

Huge effects in terms of propioception. I can touch my nose with my right hand now. My left hand I'm also much better than I used to be. Overall my propioception is drastically better than it used to be. I am still clumsy, but less extremely so, and less likely to injure myself.

I can tell even in two weeks that sounds like vacuums don't bother me as much.

And generally it was just a really pleasant CD to listen to.
