Sad  ive had spd my entire life & just figured it out today

I cant believe i have never figured out about spd until now. I've been to Dr after Dr abs still suffer. Until now ive felt like I'm at the end of the rope,but thanks to this website ive discovered im not alone,i thought i was just crazy insane. This hss brought hope into my life. Anyone that knows a good place to get help?i live in south Georgia.any advice would be great. Is there any treatment for SPD? Please help, thanks!
