My name is Amanda I'm 25 years oldI have Chromosme 18p- Syndrome Spd and ADHD
I have been having trouble sleeping lately

I think the full moon effects everyone's sleep but more so sensitive people i.e. someone with spd or other issues.

What have you tired? Melatonin? Rescue Remedy sleep? Diet changes? Weighted blanket?

Hope you can get some rest soon!

Pain is my #1 problem that keeps me awake. Otherwise, I fall asleep incredibly easily. It is staying conscious where I have the problems.

One thing for me that helps is my husband giving me a massage if I am in a lot of pain. This relieves some of the pain and tires out my body enough to fall asleep.
