Not a specifically SPD problem, but I would guess it's very common.
I was reading I think this book on Gastrointestinal Health and it talked about how when they inflated a balloon in the digestive tract of a person with IBS, they were much quicker to note the sensation of the balloon and much quicker to report painful sensations, than people without the condition.
In other words, the experience of having irritable bowel syndrome is kind of like having gastrointestinal SPD.
I HAVE to avoid dairy, but I'm eventually going to try working on the rest of my diet. I have textural aversions to some foods, which makes it difficult. For example, rice. Yuck.
I'm seeing my doctor next week about digestive issues. I use immodium far too often.

I did have signs of IBS at one point, but I don't seem to now. My biggest problem is reflux, which I'm guessing is my being under reactive to my stomach sensations while eating and drinking, sadly.

I wouldn't be surprised.
