Interesting..........

I feel like reading peoples personal experiences, is the most valuable thing. The symptoms vary so much, so reading about others and their stories, helps you and your sanity.

Just today - I learned so much about the dilemmas of eating. On a video - a 17 year old that explained my 12 year olds need to drink with every bite. The same video explained to me, why I could tolerate loud music close to my ears,vs a big loud room. There was also a story of eating/not eating phases. A great reminder that we are not alone, or crazy, or bad for forgetting, sometimes, about phases.
