smells. sounds. touch. light.

Smells, everything. I have super man nose and probably 90% of it horrifies me. Unfortunately my husband is the biggest offender.

Sounds, high pitches- lights, fans, doors.....Low noises, the ones that are just out of my hearing range that drive me absolutely nuts. I can FEEL noises. No one seems to understand me when I say sounds hurt.

Touch, grab me or squeeze me but dont softly brush me. BUT dont expect me to wear jeans or a shirt that is tight. I am all about stretch pants and sweatshirts. I only wear a bra out in public.

Light, I wear my sunglasses daily, rain or shine. I have to. My prescription glasses make me claustrophobic and MEAN, so I live life in a blur.

I feel like to function daily is a battle of evils......I have to pick and choose my torture. What can I deal with and what has to not happen......who can I handle and is this the day I get divorced because my husband just doesn't get it.
