Today my wife and I were in the back yard and we were just having fun and I asked her for a bite of her sandwich. She replied no, ... So I playfully splashed water on her from a baby pool with a soapy bubble container. She immediately lost her cool and began having a tantrum that turned into violence and anger, throwing and kicking. In front of our toddler. I appologised, or tried to but would not be heard. We went in the house after she threw a water bottle at me while with our child. hings got heated and she wouldn't take her pants off to solve the problem. Or take any suggestions. She went on about having nothing else to wear, blamed me for not caring. After crying and hitting and arguing with me (in front of our child) I told her I wanted to understand and she mentioned SPD for the first time I can remember. I've known that she didn't like the feeling of some pants and that she doesn't like wet clothes. We were having a water fight the other day with a hose so I thought is was a non issue.... So I found this forum and am trying to understand. I can't understand how some bubblewater on pants can cause a raging fit and am wondering if this is more anger management material? This sort of behavior in front of a child is not ok. Help
