my 20mo son

my son had a speech delay we were sent to ent that said he had fluid in there, he got tubes in 2 weeks ago amazing difference. my baby could hear! for the first time and i made sure the first thing he heard was javi mommy n daddy love you. he has been evaluated by a behavioral and speech therapist which would also like him to be evaluated by an ot because he shows signs of spd. and has low cognitive skills.. he is going to start behavioral therapy on monday speech therapy in 2 weeks and with in a month be evaluated by an ot to determine if he needs more help than i can support. i am waiting to see a developmental pediatrician to see if there is something else to diagnois like autism or autism spectrum.. i feel a bit hopeless.. just would be nice to hear how else i can help him to feel like i am not alone. when i see him i see a happy little boy. this all just so new..
