I'm reading the Out of Sync Child on a recommendation. The first half is pretty information dense, so I skipped through a lot. But the last half of the book is on finding an occupational therapist and setting up sensory diets. You and your kids might could try some things together. If you understand yourself, you maybe would be good at seeing in your child the sensitive spirit that others ignore.
