I am 50 soon to be 51 and I discovered that peri-menopause can make sensory symptoms a lot worse! Even worse the solutions for it are not as effective. It was the music at church that hurt my ears severely. Now I did my wobble board and 30 minutes of auditory integration music. My sensory integration was pretty good. Then the organ hurt me. Later an oboes high notes stabbed through my ears and made run out of the sanctuary in extreme pain and then I was crying from the pain. What do I do to cope? Any suggestions. The knowledge that I am losing the ability to cope with the environment really hurts me. Last year I would have had no problem. Any suggestions?
