Hi MissTornado,
I'm newly (or rather rediagnosed) myself! I have the same issue with tactile defensiveness. It can be very isolating. I haven't had a relationship in almost 8 years because of my aversion to touch. I'm starting OT soon hopefully. I hope therapy works for you! Good Luck!
